Refund policy

We have a seven day return policy on NON SALE MERCHANDISE, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to receive full refund. 

For online orders, the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We do not provide return shipping labels.

**ALL SPECIAL ORDERS, PRE ORDERS & SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE**

Please note **Shipping charges are not refundable**.

To be eligible for a regular priced return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items, special orders or gift cards. Any items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return.  All price adjusted items, including discounted items (AKA SALE), are final sale.

Damages and issues 
Each item that leaves us is inspected by our team to ensure that it is in pristine condition.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Your original form of payment will be refunded within 10 business days, and you will receive notification via email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Thanks!
